downloads.music.nexkit.uk is operated by NexKit (“NexKit”, “we”, “us”), the seller and brand behind this site. It sells original digital music releases, including releases by Midnight Terminal, direct from NexKit.

Buying a digital download

Payment is processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for the purchase. Paddle handles your payment method, invoicing, applicable tax, and payment-related support. What you receive, and your usage rights over it, are described on the track's own page and in the license file included in the download.

A purchase grants the personal-use license stated at the time of purchase. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of the recording.

Delivery and access

A purchased download is delivered electronically: after Paddle confirms payment, you are taken back to a page on this site where the WAV master, MP3 and cover artwork can be downloaded. No physical item is shipped. Download links are time- and use-limited for security; contact support@nexkit.uk if a link stops working.

Intellectual property

The recordings, artwork and other content on this site are owned by NexKit or used under permission. Purchasing a download does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property right — it grants only the personal-use license described above. All other rights are reserved.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent purchase or download controls, or to access a download you have not paid for. Do not use this site to distribute infringing or unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

This site and its downloads are provided as-is, without warranties beyond those Paddle provides as Merchant of Record and those that cannot be excluded by law. NexKit is a small, independent operation; to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this site or a purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant download.
